01 · NAYA

A conversation that listens

Write to NAYA whenever you need to. Depending on your plan, NAYA Live and voice features also let you talk out loud.

A personal journal

Capture your thoughts, moods and what mattered today, and understand yourself better over time.

03 · RELAXATION

Breathe, slow down

Guided breathing exercises, with an optional voice coach, for a real break.

04 · NUTRITION

Meal ideas

Simple ideas and general food guidance for everyday life, with no diet imposed.

05 · HOROSCOPE

A look at the stars

Horoscope, Chinese horoscope and feng shui, to start the day in a different light.

06 · COMMUNITY

Connect with others

A community space and messaging, with reporting and moderation tools.

MEET NAYA

Talk.
Be heard.

NAYA is Sillage’s listening companion. It helps you put words to what you are going through, step back and find a little calm.

An AI, not a therapist. NAYA does not diagnose and is not a substitute for a healthcare professional or emergency services. If you are in distress, the app points you to support resources.

SIGNES & INTUITIONS · FABRICE ERARD

One card a day.
To listen to yourself.

Signes & Intuitions is a 32-card deck created by Alsatian artist Fabrice Erard (Zen Art Création). In Sillage, you discover your card each day, then choose four more before reading an overall interpretation. The draw stays the same all day, so you can come back to it in the evening.
